BIENVENUE.

Advancing Guinea by leaps and bounds.

The Trans-Guinean Company, between innovation & progress.

The Trans-Guinean Company (CTG) was born from the shared ambition of the Guinean State and major international partners. The Guinean State currently holds 15% of CTG, with its stake set to reach 100% in the long term. Alongside the State, Simfer Infraco (Rio Tinto & Chinalco) and WCS Infraco (WCS Holding & Baowu) each hold 42.5% of the joint venture, which embodies a unique partnership to carry out one of the largest infrastructure projects in Africa.

This project aims to create a railway network of over 600km in a mountainous region and a deep-water port, which together will play a strategic role in Guinea's regional economic integration, while also supporting its logistical, mining, and industrial development.
